Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Payment:
1. We accept payment through PayPal and you will be directed to the PayPal site to complete your purchase.
2. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your PayPal will convert the transaction to UK Sterling from your own currency.
3. You can also send a cheque or postal order in GBP£ (UK only).
4. If you want to pay by cheque select that option, print off the form and send it to us with your cheque payable to CrystalVale and send to 20 Parkview Close, Andover SP10 3TR; wait for your order, which will be sent immediately when the cheque is cleared.
